ClientJar is provided by Chenango Web Design LLC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your password safe, and for everything done under your account. You must be allowed to email the people you send reminders to.
Your clients, notes, time and billing data belong to you. You can export it as CSV at any time. We don't sell it.
Reminder emails are sent through the SMTP account you configure. You're responsible for their content and for complying with anti-spam law.
The service is provided "as is". ClientJar is a record-keeping tool: it doesn't process payments, and you should verify payments with your payment provider. We aren't liable for missed renewals, lost revenue or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
